How We Score
Every product is scored out of 10, calculated from four equally-weighted dimensions.
Formula (2.5 pts)
Are the right ingredients included? We look at the ingredient list, identify key actives, and check whether the combination makes scientific sense.
Dosing (2.5 pts)
Are the doses effective? Each key ingredient is compared against published clinical research to determine whether the dose is therapeutic, subtherapeutic, or negligible.
Value (2.5 pts)
Is the cost justified? We calculate cost per serving and compare it against alternatives in the same category with similar formulas.
Transparency (2.5 pts)
Is everything disclosed? Products lose points for proprietary blends, unclear labelling, or missing ingredient information.
